How to make Paneer Sandwich.
Ingredients
- Oil (4 spoon)
- Cumin – Jeera (1/2 spoon)
- Cumin Powder – Jeera (1/2 spoon)
- Green Chili – Mirch (2 pieces)
- Paneer (200 g)
- Onion – Pyaz (3 pieces)
- Garlic – Lahsun (4 pieces)
- Coriander – Dhaniya
- Coriander Powder – Dhaniya (1/2 spoon)
- Potato – Aalu (250 g)
- Bread (Jumbo size)
- Tomato Sauce
Preparation
- Boil the potato. After boiling clear it’s outer cover.
- Take frying pan. Put on heat, pour oil. After well heated oil, put Cumin (Jeera) and fry it.
- Take small pieces of Green Chili (Mirch) and pour in oil.
- Smash the Garlic (Lahsun) and pour in oil.
- Cut small pieces of Onion (Pyaz) and pour in oil.
- Fry for few minutes.
- Now smash the boiled potato and put in oil & mix well.
- Now put Cumin (Jeera) powder & Coriander (Dhaniya) powder in the mixture; mix well.
- Switch off the burner.
- Grate the paneer well. Slowely mix this in mixture.
- Put small pieces of Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves in the mixture.
- Take this in a plate.
- Take bread slice 1, spread tomato sauce
- Take bread slice 2, spread the mixture.
- Stick slice 1 and 2; facing sauce side and mixture side.
- Repeat this process until you get your desired quantity or until mixture / bread will finishes.
Now Paneer Sandwich is ready serve.
The sandwich is named after its supposed inventor, John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich. The Wall Street Journal has described it as Britain’s “biggest contribution to gastronomy“.
